Cancellation, No-Show & Refund Policy

Card to hold your appointment
A credit card is required to reserve online appointments through Square. Your card is held securely by Square for that appointment, not stored for future charges (Square no-show protection).
Cancellations & changes
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change an appointment. Cancellations or changes inside 24 hours, and no-shows, may be charged 50% of the service total.
Refunds & the Free Fix
No refunds for completed services. If something isn’t right with our work, please contact us within 7 days — we’ll make it right with a Free Fix (our work). The Free Fix excludes normal wear, trauma, picking, color changes, and aftercare-related lifting. Free Fix outside the 7-day window, model services, and a complete redo with another master or owner are manager-approved.
Booking by phone, SMS, or DM
Concierge bookings by phone, SMS, or direct message are manager-approved and may require online booking or prepayment for new clients, long services, repeat no-shows, or appointments inside 24 hours. Changes or cancellations inside 24 hours are handled by a manager or owner.
Late arrivals
If you’re running late and another appointment follows yours, 10–15 minutes is the maximum wait; beyond that, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. Please call us at 512-636-5322 if you’re delayed.
